The short answer is no. The buildings are privately owned....
Does the ferry run out there?
Unfortunately no. The Alaska State Ferry System goes out only as far as Unalaska, though in the past we requested service to Adak. Given the significant distance from Unalaska to Adak, and the anticipated ridership numbers, a route to include Adak is not financially feasable at this time.
